Quaint Oak Real Estate
1710 Union Blvd
Allentown, PA 18109
I was born in Colombia (South America) and arrived to the USA in 1986. By then I had already invested three years in Mechanical Engineering in my hometown.
The need to learn the language here put a hold on my career. I started in Northampton Community College in 1993 as an ESL student (English as a Second Language). By 1998 I had obtained an AAS in Electronics Technology.
In 2000 initiated my major in Electrical Engineering at Lafayette College and graduated in 2009. During this time, I had developed many of my electrical / electronic skills working in a power source company in New Jersey. Prior to my graduation, I already held a Manager position in the Service Return Department and also had the chance to be part of the International Technical Sales Team for South America and Mexico.
By the end of 2013, drastic changes in the company gave me the opportunity to look for new adventures. By April 2014 I had Real Estate Licenses in PA & NJ. My intention was to continue my growth in the business area.
I found motivation in helping communities developed a sense of ownership. Real Estate was one of the greatest opportunities. To get to be known as someone with a huge commitment to people, I also became a Program Leader for a large worldwide corporation, leading community projects to impact people's quality of life.
Currently as a product of all my background and experience throughout the years, Real Estate is providing me with the tools to go beyond the sale-purchase approach to the profession, and into investing, coaching and teaching the local communities how to own a little piece of this land, the process and the possibility of passive income.
As part of my hobbies, I organize the Hispanic Cultural Festival in Easton, PA along with the city and its Major Salvatore Panto Jr. An event going to its 8th year in 2019 and that emphasizes the contribution of the Hispanic Communities to the development of a stronger nation.
